How to Search for a Veteran

You can use the Search menu to:

• Locate a specific Veteran by typing in their name in the "Search Photo by Name" field. (full name or last name is acceptable)
• Find a number of Veterans by using the "Filter Photo(s) by Branch and/or Service Entry Date" portion of the Search menu. You can filter by branch or service entry date separately or together.
  
  Example: Select "Army" only, the wall will filter the photos that have been designated as Veterans that served in the Army. All others will disappear. If you then select "Navy", it will add all Veterans designated as Navy. If you then select a Service Entry Date of "1950-59", only photos designated with that Service Entry Date, as Army and as Navy will appear.
