By uploading content and agreeing to these terms and conditions, you affirm that you are 18 years or older, and that if the photo you are submitting contains anyone under the age of 18, you agree that (1) you are the parent or legal guardian of any and all minors depicted in the material, or (2) you have secured the written permission of from any minor's parent or legal guardian to submit the content. A parent or legal guardian may revoke consent at any time, and upon receipt of revocation, any user content depicting that child will be removed.
Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic, together with its officers, directors, parents, subsidiaries, agencies and affiliates, is not responsible and will not be held liable for the content of the submitted material.
However, Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic reserves the right to review any and all materials, and to remove any submission that violates the above terms. Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic also reserves the right to request written confirmation of the copyright or trademark ownership from the submitter.
Your electronic uploading and submission of materials constitutes permission for Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic, and any agent acting on its behalf, to reprint or otherwise reproduce that submission for purposes as outlined related to the Faces of Heroes project.
Toledo Community Based Outpatient Clinic is committed to protecting the intellectual property rights of photographers and publishers. Each individual is required by law to own the rights, or to obtain permission, to use any image before the image is uploaded or printed.
Professional photographs or images purchased or otherwise obtained from a professional photographer or accessed through websites, magazines, books or other published resources, are protected by copyright laws and should not be uploaded or shared.
